We want you to be happy with your piece. Here's how returns and exchanges work.

  1. Returns

    You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.

  2. Exchanges

    Want a different size or style? Email hello@elaracph.com with your order number and what you'd like instead. We'll sort it out.

  3. How to start a return

    Email hello@elaracph.com with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Once we receive the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  4. What can't be returned

    Custom orders are final sale. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered can't be returned.
