  1. How do I find my size?

    Email us at hello@elaracph.com with your measurements and we'll help you pick the right fit. A full size guide lives on the size page.

  2. How long does shipping take?

    3–7 business days across Europe, after 1–2 days processing. We ship from Denmark. More on shipping.

  3. Can I return or exchange?

    Yes. You have 14 days from delivery. Items need to be unworn with tags on. Full details on returns.

  4. Do you ship outside the EU?

    Yes. We ship to the UK, Norway, Switzerland and the rest of Europe. Non-EU orders may have import duties on arrival.

  5. How should I care for embellished pieces?

    Hand wash cold or dry clean. Store flat, not on a hanger — the weight of embroidery can stretch the fabric over time. Keep away from direct sunlight.

  6. Are your pieces true to the photos?

    Yes. Every order is quality-checked at our facility in Denmark before it ships. What you see is what you get.

  7. Do you do custom orders?

    Yes. Email hello@elaracph.com with what you have in mind. Custom orders are final sale.

  8. What payment methods do you accept?

    Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
