Shipping

We ship worldwide from Denmark. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Delivery times

Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Denmark: 1-3 business days
  • European Union: 3-5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4-7 business days
  • USA & Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of world: 7-14 business days

These are carrier estimates and may vary during peak seasons or customs processing.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We offer free shipping on EU orders over EUR 150.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves Denmark. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please get in touch at hello@elaracph.com.

Customs, duties & taxes

Orders within the EU: All prices include VAT. No additional duties or taxes apply.

Orders outside the EU: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us at hello@elaracph.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to update it.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days or your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at hello@elaracph.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement.

Uncollected packages

If your package is returned to us because it was not collected from the pick-up point or delivery was refused, the cost of the return shipment may be deducted from your refund. To avoid this, please make sure to collect your parcel within the carrier's deadline.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package and contents and email us at hello@elaracph.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
