Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your ELARA. If something isn't quite right, please contact us and we will guide you through the return process.

14-day returns

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us that you want to return your order for a refund. To start a return, email us at hello@elaracph.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.

Condition

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition with all ELARA tags attached and intact, in the original packaging. Garments may be tried on to assess fit and style, but should show no signs of wear, alterations, or scent (perfume, deodorant, body oils).

How to return

  1. Email hello@elaracph.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you would like to return
  2. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address
  3. Send the item back using a tracked shipping service within 14 days of notifying us
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days

Please contact us before sending a return so we can identify the order and provide the correct return address.

Final sale items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Custom-made, custom-stitched, or altered garments agreed before purchase
  • Items where ELARA hygiene tags have been removed or tampered with
  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@elaracph.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all shipping costs.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original order and place a new one once your refund is processed.

Right of withdrawal (EU & UK)

If you are an EU or UK consumer, this 14-day return policy also reflects your legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).

To exercise this right, notify us at hello@elaracph.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may also use the standard withdrawal form below. Items must be returned within 14 days of giving notice.

Please note: under EU and Danish law, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In practice, this means trying a garment on is fine, but wearing it for an occasion is not.
